A self-taught bookkeeper turned MBA-educated advisor, she partners with small businesses to deliver end-to-end accounting, payroll, and strategic financial support designed to bring clarity, confidence, and control.
Through JLC & Associates, Tenilla leads a team that provides end-to-end accounting, payroll services, compliance support, and financial consulting, with a strong focus on helping businesses implement sound systems, maintain regulatory readiness, and gain clarity through accurate reporting.
